Creating custom products

There are three processes for creating custom poker chips. Hot stamping, label insert, and ceramics. We can do them all.

Hot Stamping is a dry printing method in which a heated die and foil are used to apply graphics to an item. An advantage of this process is that items can be printed and packaged quickly, and the monograms can not be removed or altered.

Using this process, we can put any combination of three letters or numbers on the poker chip. For no extra charge!!!

A die set up charge of $85 is added to the price of the chips if you want to hot stamp on a logo or design.

The label insert method allows for more detailed and colorful art work to be placed on the face of your chip. The method we use makes it nearly impossible to remove or deface the label insert with out destroying the chip itself.

The label inserts can be 1" or 1 1/4" diameter in size. These label inserts are water proof and could withstand a run through your dish washer.

The last method is ceramics. This method injects the ink directly into the chip itself. This is a very expensive method that produces the highest quality of design for your custom chip. If you are interested in this method please contact us for a quote. /i//10-PApc25.jpg
